The roll-out package establishes a solid basis for your company. It contains everything your team needs to successfully build-up, maintain and improve a running Polarion system reflecting your way of working.
In following four phases you will setup, configure and establish Polarion for Requirements Management inside your company.

Agenda
Polarion Setup – 1 day
Installation and configuration of Polarion to your IT-Infrastructure. Coaching of the system administrator how to backup, maintain and setup a Polarion system.
Polarion Core Professional Training – 2 days
Establish a sound understanding for your requirements management process core team how Polarion works and how it can be customized. It is a combination of Polarion Requirements User Training, Polarion Requirements Power User Training and first customization approaches towards your process. You will receive all training materials for later internal reuse in electronic form.
Offline Work - 1 day
The training also includes up to 8 hours of offline support by your Polarion consultant in which he stands by for your questions and ideas throughout the roll-out. You can use the consultant's offline working time to create scripts/extension, answer your questions or discuss roll-out related issues.
Polarion Process Coaching and Implementation – 3 days
An experienced Polarion Consultant will help and guide your team to configure your requirements management process inside Polarion. Together you will define, review and implement an initial Polarion configuration reflecting your way of working.
Customize End User Training Materials – 1 day
Once you have defined and setup Polarion it is time to roll-out your solution to a broader audience. Based on experiences gathered during the preceding phases the training materials will be adapted to your needs. A customized Requirements 2.0 User Training will make sure that everybody inside your team learns how to use Polarion Requirements 2.0 according to your processes as it is based on your configuration and concentrates on relevant scenarios for your business.
