Individuals selected for this job will bring 10+ years of sales experience with a solid track record for achieving or exceeding sales quota and a network of prospects and customers to target. A strong background in ALM and PLM solutions is preferred but not required. The new sales rep will develop and execute a territory plan to build and maintain a 3X pipeline while collaborating with a lead generation team to drive new opportunities.

Als Polarion Account Manager sind Sie verantwortlich für alle Vertriebsaktivitäten in Ihrem Verkaufsgebiet inklusive "Named Accounts" oder Branchen. Darüber hinaus koordinieren Sie die Einführung der Polarion Produkte beim Kunden mit den Kollegen vom Professional Service und Sie betreuen die Geschäftspartner in Ihrem Gebiet bzw. Branche.

Diese Aufgabenschwerpunkte warten auf Sie:

  • Aktive Neukundengewinnung
  • Betreuung der Bestandskunden und Geschäftspartner
  • Koordination der Kundenimplementierungen mit dem Professional Service
  • Teilnahme Partnerschaften an Messen, Roadshows, Konferenzen

Damit überzeugen Sie uns:

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Vertrieb von Configuration Management, Requirements Management oder Applikation Life Cycle (ALM) Produkten/Lösungen oder Einarbeitungsbereitschaft
  • Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Vertriebsorientierung, hohe Eigenmotivation
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Reisebereitschaft
