Profil recherché :

Idéalement de formation Ingénieur, vous avez une expérience d´au minimum 2 à 3 ans dans la fonction d´avant-vente et/ou expert technique sur des produits et solutions d´ALM (Application Lifecycle Management), RM (Requirements Management – Gestion des Exigences) ou QA (Quality Assurance) Vous avez travaillé chez un éditeur, un constructeur, un revendeur ou chez un intégrateur en tant qu´expert technique de produits équivalents. Polarion Software is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our North American Sales Team. The individual selected for this job will bring 10+ years of sales experience with a solid track record for achieving or exceeding sales quota and a network of prospects and customers to target. A strong background in ALM and PLM solutions is preferred but not required. The new sales rep will develop and execute a territory plan to build and maintain a 3X pipeline while collaborating with a lead generation team to drive new opportunities.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities:

  • Maximize new sales, build a recurring revenue stream and healthy sales pipeline for a targeted region and/or verticals
  • Strengthen existing relationships with customers and partners to help Polarion execute our “land and expand” strategy.
  • Develop revenue-producing relationships with decision-making VP and Director-level contacts throughout the prospect/client organization typically, but not exclusively in the Medical Device Manufacturing, ISV’s, Vehicle Manufacturing and Defense /Aero Space Industries.
  • Facilitate and drive the complete sales cycle of all sales opportunities, from initial prospect qualification, presentation and demo’s, proof steps, proposals, competitive and closing strategies, negotiation and contract execution.
