Polarion Core Professional Training – 2 days
Your core team is exposed to a deep understanding of Polarion in order to ensure fast adoption and realization of efficiency gains. Training first establishes a sound
understanding and definition of your organization's workflow, and details how Polarion is mapped and customized to that workflow or process.
Polarion Process Coaching and Implementation – 3 days
Building on the core training above, an experienced Polarion Consultant will help and guide your team to configure and implement Polarion according to your processes,
reflecting your way of working.
Polarion User Training – 1 day
Once you have defined and set up Polarion it is time to roll out your solution to a broader audience. The adjusted user training will make sure that everybody on your team
learns how to use the system. Training is based on your configuration and concentrates on relevant scenarios for your business.
