Polarion license pricing is straightforward and fair. You purchase a license for the number of users needing to work with the product. Licenses come in packs with increments of 10, 25, 250, and 2500 users for a single server installation. License packs can be mixed or combined or added to at any time as needed.

Technical Support and Maintenance
You license entitles you to perpetual use of the software. Paid licenses include 12 months of software support and product maintenance releases commencing on the date of license purchase. Support/maintenance is renewable at your option, at the price in effect at the time or renewal. You may purchase extended support/maintenance with your license order to lock in the current price. The support/maintenance package includes:
- E-mail support
- Telephone support for licenses of 2500 users or more
- Updates and new builds of the product
Ordering and Payment Information
Use the secure online order form to place all orders.
All credit card purchases will be processed through PayPal. When you are ready to pay, a link on the secure order form will take you to the payment page on PayPal's secure site. On completion of the credit card transaction, an email will be sent which contains the product download link, your license key, and an invoice.
If purchasing via check, money order, or bank transfer, you complete the secure online order form requesting one of these payment options. You will receive a quote containing payment instructions via email, which you may subsequently pay using your preferred method. You will receive the product download link, your license key, and an invoice via email as soon as Polarion receives confirmation your payment.
Payment Options and Terms
You may pay for your purchase by any of the flowing methods:
- Credit card (MasterCard, Visa or American Express) – fastest way (1 to 3 business days)
- Bank transfer – can take up to 7 business days to clear
- Cheque or money order – mail/post and bank clearance can take up to 2 weeks
Terms are strictly cash only (i.e. 0 day). This means that the license key will only be issued after your payment is received.
If you have placed your order but find that you are waiting for your organization to actually make the payment, you may obtain a fully-functional evaluation license to help you cope with any bureaucratic delays. Product and License Key Delivery
Your license key(s) is delivered by email after processing of your order and receipt of your payment. Your confirmation email includes instructions the license key, a download link for the product, and an invoice. If you have already downloaded the product, you do not need to do so again unless a new version has been released in the interim.
